As outlined on the
eBay auction page, you have purchased an INSTANT DOWNLOAD. After your
purchase, your download is available for immediate access right from the
eBay auction page itself. So there is no waiting for eMails.
To get your download, return to the eBay auction page of purchase. Near
the top of the page look for the line "View Digital Delivery Information
for this item". Click on it for your download instructions. To see an

LOST / CAN'T FIND LOGIN INFO
It can be retrieved anytime by going to My eBay, Items Won, the item.

LOGIN AND DOWNLOAD ISSUES
Login and download issues are usually a result of the purchaser
overlooking something in the instructions. If you are having
problems please review the instructions again to make sure you have not
missed something.
DOWNLOAD ISSUES

Issue: File downloaded,
but doesn't open. Solution: The entire file did not actually
download, even though you see the file on your drive (check the size
of the file against that indicated on the download page and you'll
see a noticeable difference). We don't know why this can happen, but
it's not related to our site, it can happen with any download.
Delete the incomplete file and download again.

Issue: A download stops before completion and this happens each
time you try.
Solution: There may not be enough room on your drive. Delete
or backup old files, remove unused programs. In general,
don't get too close to your drive's maximum capacity as that could
slow your system down or prevent complete downloads.

Issue: A downloading problem persists.
Solution: Try downloading a large file from another site
(like a free program from www.download.com). If that's also a
problem, then the issue is with your computer (perhaps firewall
setting or Internet connection).

Issue: The www.digitalflow.info site is slow.
Solution: To protect both ourselves and you our customer, our
site uses Java protection and encrypted pages. This can cause
some of our web pages to load slowly. Note: only web pages may
load slow, our downloads are at speeds upwards of 6,000 Kb/s.

Issue: The www.digitalflow.info site is down/not
working/slow/etc.
Solution: Wait a while and try again. Our server has 99.9%
uptime and is fast so any such issue is out of the ordinary and
temporary and may not even be related to the server (could be
Internet traffic, your ISP, etc.).

Issue: Unzipping in Windows XP.

Dial-up connection. We do
not suggest downloading our files with a dial-up connection.
SHIPPING/CD-DVD
All of our items are only download only. We do not have CD or DVD
options.
RESELLING
Not all of our auction items come with resale
rights. It will be indicated at the top of the auction page if you
are item includes resale rights. If the item comes with
resale rights, all the items can be resold in packages or broken down
into individual items, etc. They can be sold on eBay (you may consider
looking elsewhere as eBay already has plenty of competition), on a CD,
off a website, etc. Please do not copy our auction pages. Be
creative and make your own. We search eBay constantly for the
keyword protection we have built into every page. When we find
one, and we always do, that seller will be hearing from eBay.

Files
 You
will need Adobe Reader to view eBooks. Most computers already have
it installed.But if you need it, click on the icon.
If you choose the alternate ZIP downloads and are
not running Window XP or MAC OS 10+, you will need a compressed file
tool. We suggest a free evaluation copy of WinZip. Click on
the Icon to download.
 If
you don't have one, you will need a domain and website for your new
AdSense and WebTemplate pages. We suggest GoDaddy with their
superior customer support, $1.99 domains and $3.99/month hosting
